I Heart Blogs

Kai of the German design and life-style blog StyleSpion started a little campaign to make bloggers themselves publish short lists of their most favourite and inspiring German language blogs (see Kai's list). Thereby new interesting sources besides the usual suspects and beyond one's own nose are supposed to be presented as part of the multifaceted German blogosphere. Of course it tastes a bit of self-referentialty again because it's an initiative by bloggers for bloggers. But who cares? We love writing stuff as well as we love reading it.

Markus of roitsch.info and me – who are native Germans but blog in English language – found ourselves in the situation of a kind of fringe group among German bloggers. So we decided to take part nevertheless and also to comprise English language blogs by German or Germany-based authors. So here we go:
